Eaton Corporation REPRESENTED BY: Lynn Associates, Inc. 8175 Sheridan Drive Buidling #1 Suite #1 Buffalo NY 14221 STATEMENT OF WORK PART A GENERAL INFORMATION A.1 INTRODUCTION The Hershel Woody Williams VAMC located at 1540 Spring Valley Drive, Huntington WV, 25704 has eight (8) Uninterruptable Power Source (UPS) units that allow electricity to be supplied to medical center equipment vital to patient care in the event of normal power disruptions. All 8 units require routine maintenance and testing from factory certified technicians to guarantee reliable alternate power 24/7. EATON UPS MODES have proprietary software that only EATON CORP can service. A.2 BACKGROUND Failure to have reliable UPS units will prevent other necessary patient care as well as increase the risk of catastrophic failure of the sensitive equipment they protect with severe, patient care consequences such as costly down time to MRI, CAT SCAN and IT servers. A.3 SCOPE OF WORK Vendor will provide all labor, material, equipment, tools, and supervision necessary to needs a replace UPS units for the IT and CT departments.
