The purpose of the amendment is to address the following: Provide a response to the contractor's questions. Question: Is it possible to schedule a site visit to physically evaluate the severity, distances, and potential obstacles a contractor will face for this project? Response: Given the severity of the medium voltage failure, a pre-site visit was deemed necessary. Scheduling an additional site visit will further delay the acquisition process required to restore service to the hospital.

The purpose of the amendment is to address the following: Extend the response date from August 28, 2025, at 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) to September 02, 2025, at 3:00 PM EST.
