THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT. Project No.: 612A4-26-050 Project Title: Install Building 644 Dermatology Generator Site Prep, Veterans Health Administration, Regional Procurement Office West, Network Contracting Office 21 (NCO 21) on behalf of VA Northern California Healthcare System. Description: The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to construct an approximately 500 square foot permanent mobile generator enclosure area as. This work includes converting existing parking stalls and adjacent landscape area into a secure enclosure designed to house a mobile emergency generator and its associated electrical connection equipment. FINAL STATEMENT OF WORK will be sent with the official solicitation notice. All information in this pre-solicitation announcement is a draft and subject to amendment(s) and is in no way binding to the Government. In consideration of time, a draft copy of the SOW was sent as a sources sought and was posted on March 23, 2026, ahead of a scheduled site visit to be determined and will be released with solicitation posting.
