NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Regional Procurement Office East (RPOE), Network Contracting Office 4 (NCO 4) intends to award a sole source contract award to Automated Logic Contracting Services Inc, located at 1150 Roberts Blvd NW, Kennsaw, GA 30144 USA. This requirement is for preventative maintenance and an upgrade of the WebCTRL Building Automation System and integrated Direct Digital Control components which provide industrial process control for the plumbing and HVAC systems in multiple locations within the Pittsburgh VA Healthcare System. All system maintenance, updates, calibration, replacement parts, and software must be compatible with the WebCTRL system. The preventative maintenance contract is planned for one year, with four additional one-year option periods. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES; however, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification prior to the response due date and time. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to perform the requirements and must include evidence of being authorized by the WebCTRL system manufacturer to service the system in the Pittsburgh, PA area. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no responses are received, the Government will proceed with the award. Responses are due by August 20th, 2025 at 10:00 AM Eastern Time.
