Elevator Preventive Maintenance and Repair Service Contract Location: Beckley VAMC 200 Veterans Avenue Beckley, WV, 25801 The Contractor shall furnish all material, labor, lubricants, hydraulic fluids, supervision, tools, shipping, travel, and equipment necessary to provide full maintenance services, including all adjustments, tests, parts replacement and repairs necessary to keep the elevators in continuous use at their initial performance ability (same speed, capacity, safety and efficiency) as originally specified by the equipment manufacturer as modified thereafter. All adjustments, repairs, and modifications must conform to the manufacturer guidelines and/or the following industry standards, as applicable, whichever is more stringent

Amendment 0001 of RFQ 36C24526Q0096-On-Site Elevator Mechanic for preventive maintenance and repair services is to add line items 0006 and 4006 (Year 1 and Year 5 load Test) and to change the set aside from Small Business to Unrestricted. Also, this amendment will extend the due date for quotes to be submitted.

Amendment 0002 of RFQ 36C24526Q0096-On-Site Elevator Mechanic for preventive maintenance and repair services is to add line items 0006 and 4006 (Year 1 and Year 5 load Test) and to revert the set aside back to Small Business. Also, this amendment will extend the due date for quotes to be submitted. Vendor must also submit answers to the questions about subcontracting attached to this amendment (Amendment P0002 of Solicitation 36C24526Q0096).
