Sources Sought Notice This Sources Sought is issued by VISN 2 Contracting Office for the purpose of collecting information about electrical system inspection, testing, and maintenance services for two VA health care facilities in New York City. The VA is seeking to provide for this requirement starting on or around early November 2025. The Government is seeking information for market research purposes only. Any information received from a contractor in response to this Sources Sought may be used in creating a solicitation. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office (NCO 2), Buffalo, New York intends to solicit quotes from contractors capable of providing electrical system inspection, testing and maintenance service at the Brooklyn and St Albans VA medical facilities. The VA anticipates issuing an RFQ for this requirement on or about October 31, 2025, to be posted to sam.gov. The anticipated period of performance for the Base Year is 12/01/2025 through 11/30/2026 with four one-year option periods.
