The Veterans Health Administration (VHA) is seeking a contractor that shall provide all labor, programming, specialized professional services, and travel necessary to upgrade current analog ASCOM PBX switch to digital Innova phone IP3011 Voip-Gateway. This Sources Sought notice provides an opportunity for respondents to submit their capability and availability to provide the requirement described below. Vendors are encouraged to submit information relative to their capabilities to fulfill this requirement, in the form of a statement that addresses the specific requirement identified in this Sources Sought. Information received from this Sources Sought shall be utilized to facilitate the Contracting Officer s review of the market base, for acquisition planning, size determination, and procurement strategy. Location of Headsets: West Haven VAMC 950 Campbell Ave West Haven, CT 06516 Scope of Work: Supplies and Services for Facility ASCOM Phone services Contractor shall provide all labor, programming, specialized professional services, and travel necessary to upgrade current analog ASCOM PBX switch to digital Innova phone IP3011 Voip-Gateway As per the VA digital CISCO phone switch upgrades, ASCOM gateway switch must be compatible with new CISCO digital phone system. ASCOM PBX is required to migrate and upgrade to a digital solution for the continuation of 237 Handsets in-use for medical staff and in-patient room communications. Qty. ASCOM handsets are a patient safety device and shall be in full operation to guarantee quality of care. ASCOM shall provide portable handset software updates (enhancements and fixes) for the WEST HAVEN VA to implement at no additional charge. Requirements: Potential vendors or contractors must be an authorized ASCOM dealer. The Contractor shall cover all system equipment and or component upgrades as stated under the manufactures warranty. Records Management Language for Statement of Work (SOW): The following standard items relate to records generated in executing the contract and should be included in a typical procurement contract: Citations to pertinent laws, codes and regulations such as 44 U.S.C chapters 21, 29, 31 and 33; Freedom of Information Act (5 U.S.C. 552); Privacy Act (5 U.S.C. 552a); 36 CFR Part 1222 and Part 1228.
