This official posting of this combined synopsis/solicitation associated with Sources Sought Notice no. 36C24226Q0129. Please note the following important dates associated with this solicitation: A site visit is scheduled for 10:00 AM EST Monday, December 22, 2025. Questions and requests for information (RFIs) pertaining to the solicitation and requirement must be received no later than 4:00 PM EST Friday, December 26, 2025. Proposal are due electronically via email to the Contracting Officer at mitchelle.labady@va.gov no later than 4:00 PM EST Tuesday, December 30, 2025. An award is anticipated within ten (10) to 14 days after the proposals due date

The purpose of this amendment is to extend the due date for proposals submission to facilitate the VA team s preparation and publication of responses to technical RFI s received. Proposals are due at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, January 6, 2026. Proposals must be received by the Contracting Officer at mitchelle.labady@va.gov. It is the responsibility of the prospective offeror to deliver their proposal package in a timely manner. Due to the number of technical questions received from the RFI s, another site visit has been scheduled for 10:00 AM on Friday, January 2, 2026. Prospective offerors shall meet at the Facilities Management Services (FMS) Conference Room in Building 5A 385 Tremont Ave, East Orange, NJ 07018.

The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate additional terms to the solicitation through the incorporation of a solicitation provision as well as revisions to site visit meeting time and proposal submission date. Please reference the attached amendments for review and acknowledgement to include with price proposal.

The purpose of this amendment is to publish the VA s responses to the Requests for Information inquiries received regarding the requirement. Please reference the four new documents posted today for details.
