The Department of Veteran s Affairs, Altoona Medical Center, Altoona, PA 16602, has a requirement for Preventative Maintenance and Repair (PM&R) for Ameriwater brand SPD Reverse Osmosis equipment. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code being considered for this procurement is 811210, Electronic Precision and Equipment Repair and Maintenance, and the Product Service Code (PSC) is J064 Maintenance, Repair, and Rebuilding Equipment-Water Purification and Sewage Treatment Equipment. The Small Business Size Standard is $34 million. NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE: The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 4 (NCO4) intends to sole source with Aqua Sciences, Inc. for full service and maintenance for Ameriwater brand SPD Reverse Osmosis equipment, at the Altoona VA Medical Center. The objective of this sole source award is for a firm fixed price contract with Aqua Sciences, Inc., 565 Fillmore Avenue, Tonawanda, NY 14150, UEI: QX2MV1GFJ5K7. This sole source determination is in accordance with FAR 6.103-1(b) One responsible source. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 811210, Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance.
