1.This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, in conjunction with FAR Part 12, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement will be evaluated using the lowest priced quotation meeting the stated minimum requirements which provides the best benefit to the Government. 2. The combined synopsis/solicitation number is 36C25626Q0216. 3. Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2025-06 (eff. 10/01/2025). 4. This requirement is unrestricted. The North American Industry Classification System number is 562998 with a size standard of $16.5M. 5. All questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted via email to Contracting Specialist, Michelle Atwell at michelle.atwell@va.gov no later than 10:00 A.M. Central Time on Mar 3, 2026. 6. The purpose of the amendment is as follows: 1. Provide vendor questions and answers. 2. Updated site plan attached. Vendor Questions and Answers What is the total length of piping to be jetted and better site plan of what has to be jetted? 1700 feet.

The purpose of this amendment is to cancel solicitation number 36C25626Q0216. This requirement will be resolicited at a later date.
