Due to the urgent nature of this requirement , this service will be Sole Sourced to Compliance Solutions LLC. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 13.106-1(b) (2), soliciting from a single source. The NAICS code is 811210 and has a size standard of $34 Million for this procurement. This Notice of Intent to Sole Source is not a request for competitive quotes. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement and submit Capabilities Statements no later than 11:00 am CST, December 29, 2025 to: diane.ziegler@va.gov. Responses received will be evaluated; however, any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government.
