General: The Stratton VA Medical Center in Albany New York is seeking service for Elevators Maintenance, Annual Inspections, and Repair Services. The intent is to cover preventive maintenance, annual inspections, and repairs on all elevators in the inventory listed below, as stipulated in this scope of work. Description of Services/Introduction: The Contractor shall address personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform elevator maintenance, annual inspections, and repair service as defined in this Performance Work Statement except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The contractor shall meet the standards in this requirement.
