Multiple issues were identified requiring repair or replacement, including belt, purge valve, engine oil cooler, and water pump. The Contractor shall remove and replace the serpentine belt, which was found to be split and deteriorated. The purge valve will be replaced as needed. The engine oil cooler, which was determined to be leaking, will be removed and replaced. The water pump, which was identified as leaking coolant, will be removed and replaced. All work will be performed by qualified technicians in accordance with manufacturer specifications and industry best practices. Parts and labor will meet or exceed OEM standards. The vehicle is currently at Omaha VA Medical Center and is immobile. NOTICE TO ALL RESPONDENTS: The Vendor shall be an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) authorized dealer, authorized distributor, or authorized reseller for the proposed equipment/system such that the OEM warranty and service/support pass through to the VA customer in totality. All warranty and service associated with the equipment/system shall be in accordance with the OEM terms and conditions. The vendor shall provide new items ONLY; no remanufactured or "gray market" items. All items must be covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
