Technical Requirements shall include the following but not limited to: 1) Experience in servicing the LC-MS/MS and HPLC 2) Authorized Reseller Agreement 4) All factory only recommended parts 5) Factory software updates 6) On-site hardware troubleshooting and repair with standard response time of 2 to 3 days The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred.
