The Department of the Interior, United States Geological Survey, St. Petersburg Coastal and Marine Science Center (SPCMSC) is looking for sources that can provide the Sofar Ocean Technologies Spotter Buoy, Smart Mooring, parts, and repairs to the government owned Spotter Buoys and Smart Mooring. Specifications/Salient Characteristics: We are seeking authorized sources that can provide Spotter Buoy, Smart Mooring, parts and completed repairs The following information is required: -Provide documentation such as an Authorization Letter from Sofar Ocean Technologies that describes -Partnership with Sofar Ocean Technologies - items that have been authorized to distribute or resell, Include part numbers and description -authorized repair services Responses: All interested parties should notify this office via e-mail within the posted date. The intended contractor Sofar Ocean Technologies Pier 28 Annex San Francisco, California 94105, United States This requirement is to establish a 5-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) to purchase Spotter Buoy, Smart Mooring, replacements components and the ability to request repairs/maintenance on government owned equipment from Sofar Ocean Technologies in support of the St. Petersburg Coastal and Marine Science Center (SPCMSC) located at 600 4th Street South St. Petersburg FL 33701 This procurement is being conducted using commercial item procedures pursuant to FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13, specifically FAR Subpart13.106-1(b)(i) allowing the Contracting Officer (CO) to solicit from one source. The proposed period of performance shall be 5 years after the date of award.
