The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) intends to enter into a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract with Wagner Equipment, for the emergency repair of a 140H Motor Grader for BIA, Navajo Region, Chinle Agency, Branch of Transportation, Chinle, AZ, under the authority of FAR 12.102(a).
