Amendment 0003 is being issued to provide two additional site visits. One will be June 30, 2025, and the second will be July 2, 2025; both will take place at 11:00 AM CDT. If you plan to attend one or both site visits, please email the Contracting Officer, Beth Wilson, at bwilson@usgs.gov with a list of personnel who will attend.

Amendment 0004 is being issued to provide answers to questions received and extend the proposal due date to August 1, 2025, at 1700 ED. 1. Is the intent to remove the rudders completely or just do visual and bearing measurements? It is not intended for the rudders to be removed. Please provide pricing as an option for removal. 2. Is the POP still ending 05/01/2026? The last update shows it as 09/30/2026. The PoP end date was updated to be 09/30/2026 in lieu of 05/01/2026. 3. Is the expectation to paint antifoul underneath the coolers as well, since this is part of the underwater body? Yes, the cooling grid recesses are to be coated with anti-foul.

Amendment 0005 is being issued to provide answers to questions received and to change the Period of Performance to October 01, 2025, to May 01, 2026, as originally submitted. 1. We are interpreting the drydock stability section to mean stability calculations in accordance with SFLC Standard Spec 8634 Appendix A. Are there further stability calculations needed? Correct, Only 8634 Appendix A. 2. Does the vessel have a trim & stability booklet that can be shared? Yes, Attachments 16 and 17. 3. Is there a GHS geometry file available? If not, is there a lines plan and tank plan available? Lines plan is attached (See Attachment 18 D105-01-1 Lines and Offsets). A hecsalv .sh2 geometry can be provided following the award if needed.

Amendment 0006 is being issued to change the proposal due date from August 1, 2025, to July 18, 2025, due to a tight timeline.
