BLM Colorado is seeking sources for the rebuild/repair of the hydraulic system on a 2015 ASV RT 120F The equipment is currently located in Commerce City, Colorado Vendor would be responsible for transportation of the equipment to their repair facility and then the delivery of the equipment to Dolores, Colorado after repair is complete. Set Aside-Small Business NAICS - 811310 - Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance Size Standard: $12.5 7. Contract Type - Firm Fixed Price 8. Award Basis - Price and Other Factors Technical- Will be rated on a basis of Does Not Meet, Meets, Exceeds Technical Capability- please provide a technical response or data sheet/estimate showing your approach to the repair/replacement Past experience- please provide a short description or list of your experience and qualifications working on this type of equipment Past Performance- Will be rated on a scale of No Confidence, Neutral Confidence, Confidence Government shall utilize information obtained from the Past Performance Information Retrieval System (CPARS), Federal Awardee Performance and Integrity Information System (FAPIIS) when evaluating the offeror's past performance. If sufficient past performance information is not available, vendor may be asked to provide contact information for past performance references. The government may, at it's discretion, base past performance on past knowledge and previous experience with the contractor, supply or service being provided, customer survey or other reasonable basis. Price- The equipment is currently located at Hardline Equipment- 7550 Dahlia St, Commerce City, CO 80022. Awarded vendor will be responsible for retrieving the equipment from that location and transporting it to the location where the work will be done. (The work may be done in the parking lot of the equipment¿s home unit: Dolores Public Lands Center- 29211 Highway 184, Dolores, CO 81323. If work is done at this location, vendor shall provide a containment system sufficient to handle any hydraulic or other fluid spills during the course of the work.) Once work is complete, vendor will be responsible for returning the equipment to the Dolores Public Lands Center- 29211 Highway 184, Dolores, CO 81323.
