BACKGROUND INL is a U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) national laboratory focused on nuclear energy, national security, and clean energy innovation. The IT organization at INL plays a critical role in supporting mission delivery through secure, reliable, and innovative technology solutions. To meet increasing demand and project complexity, INL is establishing a flexible contracting mechanism to engage external IT talent efficiently and effectively. The Blanket Master Contract will cover a broad range of IT roles, including but not limited to: Software Developers DevOps Engineer Systems Administrators Network Engineers Cybersecurity Analysts Cloud Engineer Data Scientists Project Managers PROCESS This EOI is the first step in identifying interested and qualified vendors. Responses may be used to inform the development of a formal solicitation list. Selected vendors may be invited to participate in a Request for Proposal (RFP) process for award consideration under the Blanket Master Contract.
