Secure IT sanitization services for SCI IT equipment, to be provided under a sole-source Blanket Purchase Agreement to Veolia North America (Sauget, IL). Work must meet Navy SAPCO-approved processes and DoD sanitization standards (NAVY-2020-04 registration and NAVY-2020-03 requirements) and be performed at a government security-approved facility. Veolia’s Sauget location is the only local AFPSI/JP security-approved site capable of this work, with other approved facilities being geographically distant and cost-prohibitive; a five-year BPA is planned.

This is not a competitive procurement. If other firms believe they can meet the stringent security and sanitization requirements, they may submit capability evidence for consideration to determine whether competition would be advantageous. Submissions should be evidence-based; the government will evaluate whether competition is warranted, and costs to prepare capability information will not be reimbursed.
