THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT FOR REQUEST FOR QUOTE. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item being procured in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information as included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes/proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The National Park Service intends to solicit quotes for a service of Trash and Recycling Removal Service IAW SOW for Isle Royale National Park in Michigan. This is the solicitation number 140P6425Q0057 and is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The associated NAICS code is 562111. Provisions and clauses are, incorporated in this solicitation document. Anticipated Award Date: on or before 08/20/2025 with an effective date of 09/01/2025. To be considered for award your company must obtain a Unique Entity Identifier (UEI). Your company must also be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and be associated with the NAICS code found in block 10 on page one (1) of this solicitation, and this registration must be active in SAM at the time of quote/proposal close date/time - as well as, at the time of award and throughout the entire award/contract performance. This announcement is to amend the solicitation to provide vendor questions and answers and extend the closing date from 12pm EDT 21 Jul,y 2025 to 12pm EDT 23 July, 2025 to all interested parties for Trash and Recycling Service IAW SOW for Isle Royale National Park. The solicitation and any amendments can be found and retrieved on SAM.gov. Please complete the SF Form 1449 as instructed. All amendments must also be read, signed and returned as instructed in the SF30 Amendment form on SAM.gov - one copy provided in offers submittal package.
