Evaluation: FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation -- Commercial Items (completed as follows): (a) The Government will award a firm fixed price Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, with the technical requirements and past history performance being more importance than pricing. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Best Value (see criteria below) Pricing Pricing will be evaluated by multiplying the total estimated pounds to be disposed by the price per pound and multiplying the price per container by the price and adding the numbers together for a comprehensive price. Technical Vendor shall have the ability to provide services in Oklahoma City, OK and Gallup, NM locations. Vendor shall have the personnel, materials, supplies, and equipment required to perform the work under the contract. Vendor shall provide per pound rate for hazardous and non-hazardous waste materials. Vendor shall have the ability to provide proof of general liability insurance Vendor shall provide D.O.T. Manifest training for EBS staff and Manifest records on an online site. Past History Performance Vendor shall submit at minimum 3 past history performance records where similar services were provided.
