This effort will consist in a base year and two option years: Full Rate Production (FRP) lots I, II, and III. This ECU must be capable of providing adequate temperature control to the Infrared Receiver (IRR) and Processor WRAs, procured separately from the ECU. In addition, the offeror must be capable of performing automated test procedures (ATPs) on this specific WRA and troubleshooting any issue(s) at its facility. The offeror also may be required to design, build, or acquire special tooling equipment (STE) if or when deemed necessary. THIS SOURCES SOUGHT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. This is a market research tool used to determine potential and eligible small and/or other than small business firms capable of providing the supplies/services described herein prior to determining the method of acquisition and issuance of an Request for Proposal (RFP). The Government is not obligated to and will not pay for any information received from potential sources because of this sources sought. Any contract actions that the Government may intend to procure in the future will be synopsized on the Government-wide Point of Entry (GPE) as applicable in accordance with FAR 5.201(b).
