Irrigation Management Services at Willamette National Cemetery -- S208 This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice with the intent of synopsizing a proposed contract action prior to issuance of the solicitation. The contractor shall ensure efficient, sustainable, and uninterrupted operation of the irrigation system to support landscape health and water conservation efforts. This includes routine inspections, preventative maintenance, timely repairs, and system optimization to minimize water waste and maintain compliance with all applicable environmental and operational standards. Scope: Irrigation System Management Services. The contractor shall furnish all necessary transportation, equipment, data management support and labor to provide irrigation management services for the entirety of the Maxicom-based irrigation system at Willamette National Cemetery. This requirement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside.
