From Special Notice posted on Jun 16, 2025The contractor shall upgrade and repair the Dragoon ITCN C-STAT Timing testers. These timing testers are used for testing the chaff and flare systems on the EC/HC/MC-130; C-130J, A-10, HH-60, F-16 and MC-12 configurations. The C-STAT shall also provide the capability to capture the firing pulse and locations of expendables dispensed from the aircraft. The upgrades to the C-STAT will reduce mission execution by over an hour each test. With over 300 tests per year, often conducted during mission critical times, these upgrades will save the Combat Air Force hundreds of hours of time during mission critical moments.
