Ipsen Model H3636-6 BAR Large Vacuum Furnace Upgrade 26-13-1203

The DLA-Aviation is issuing this sources sought as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support this requirement for Upgrading the Capabilities of the currently owned Ipsen Model H3636-6 BAR Large Vacuum Furnace. Upgrade is to satisfy the overall requirements of the American Metallurgical Society (AMS) standards for stainless steel processing. Potential sources must provide turn-key system of the upgraded furnace with the following services/items: delivery, unloading and rigging, installation, testing, and on-site training. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. The upgrade requirements to current Ipsen Model H3636-6 BAR Large Vacuum Furnace include the following: New Hot Zone Assembly & Hearth - Ipsen model H3636 BM1779 A new CompuVac Control Cabinet Complete Replacement Variable Reactance Transformers with New Enclosure THIS SOURCES SOUGHT IS FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. Responses should be not exceed ten (10) one-sided 8.5 x 10 inch pages with a font that is no smaller than 10 point as this is not a request for a proposal but only a request for submission of a vendor's capability to perform this requirement.
