Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for receipt of proposals may render your proposal non-responsive and result in the rejection of your proposal. All questions need to be submitted in writing via email to the point of contact no later than Monday, 23 February 2026 at 10:00 AM CST.
