Solicitation N0042125Q1356 is issued as an intent to sole source. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with Air Techniques International (Hamiliton Associates) , under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 13.106-1(b). This procurement is a total set-aside for small business under the authority of FAR Part 52.219-6.
