USFS PPS FPO SWZ CSA 2 is pursuing a contract to provide hay mix for Inyo National Forest (NF). The project requires delivery of approximately 75 tons to the Forest Service Stock Facility in Bishop, CA (Mann Ranch). Supplies shall be delivered by the awardee in accordance with the specifications, terms, and conditions of this solicitation, including those found in the solicitation attachments (see Solicitation Section D). SET-ASIDE: This solicitation is set aside 100% for Small Business entities NAICS 111940 Hay Farming (Size Standard: $2.5M).
