Summary

AI-generated · Aug 27, 2025

Capable firms are being sought to inform a potential IDIQ award for Investment Due Diligence Reporting Services for SBIC Applicants, to support SBA via GSA. The effort would cover due diligence reporting for SBIC applicants and may include Time & Materials and Firm Fixed Price CLINs, with contract type to be determined at the task-order level. The government expects to determine whether two or more small businesses can support a small-business set-aside and/or competitive procurement through GSA MAS. Respondents should provide a concise capability brief with firm details, small-business status/certifications, MAS status, approximate days ARO, willingness to quote, a synopsis of the services, and any suggested CLIN structure; the attached Draft PWS contains additional details. This is for market research only and no award will result from the RFI.

Amendment changes include removing the requirement to submit capabilities via GSA eBuy; responses are to be sent to the contracting officer’s email on file. A subsequent amendment adds a Q&A document and provides answers to questions. Responses remain for market research purposes, with a stated deadline for questions; attachments include the Draft PWS for additional detail.

This RFI is for planning and information purposes only and shall not be construed as a commitment or a promise of a contract by the Government. This is not a solicitation. This notice does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ), nor does it restrict the Government as to the ultimate acquisition approach. The Government will not reimburse respondents for any costs incurred in preparation of a response to this notice.
