NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center, Jacksonville, FL is issuing this Sources Sought Notice to determine whether there are potentially qualified firms capable of providing and installing DMP XR550 alarm panels at 17 Navy Reserve Centers (NRCs) within the Navy Region Southeast (NRSE) area of responsibility. Upon completion of installation, qualified firms would provide continuous monitoring (while armed), testing, maintenance, and repair services for the Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS), Access Control Systems, and Fire Alarm Systems at the 17 NRCs. Specific site locations are detailed in the attached DRAFT copy of the Performance Work Statement (PWS). This notice does not constitute a Request for Quote. The intent of this notice is to identify potential offerors for market research purposes and to determine if there are qualified firms able to fulfill this requirement. NAICS Code: 561621 Security Systems Services (except Locksmiths) Description/Scope of Work: See the attached DRAFT Performance Work Statement It is anticipated that any resulting solicitation will be for Firm-Fixed-Price with a NAICS Code of 561621. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: Responses to this Sources Sought Notice shall not exceed five (5) pages in length. The technical capabilities statement shall include: Contractor Information: Provide your company name, address, POC name, phone number, email, CAGE code, SAM Unique Entity ID (UEI) and NAICs. Size of Business: Large Business or Small Business. If small, please provide the socioeconomic status. If the services can be solicited from a General Services Administration (GSA) schedule contract vehicle, other vehicle or Open Market. A brief description of the capability, resources, technical competencies and organizational experience relative to the key task areas. Standard brochures and/or paraphrasing of the Draft PWS will not be considered sufficient to demonstrate the capabilities of an interested party. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this Sources Sought Notice or any follow-up information requests.
