The excavated material will be placed in the beach placement area south of Bakers Haulover Inlet. Incidental work includes but not limited to turbidity monitoring, environmental species monitoring, beach fill quality control, and beach tilling. The Contractor shall be required to (a) commence work under this contract within 60 calendar days after the date the Contractor receives the notice to proceed, (b) prosecute the work diligently, and (c) complete the entire work ready for use not later than 100 calendar days after the date the Contractor receives the notice to proceed. The time stated for completion shall include final cleanup of the premises. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 237990 (Exception), Dredging and Surface Cleanup Activities. The Small Business Size Standard for this project is $37 Million. The Estimated Magnitude of construction is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The request for proposal (RFP) will be issued on or about December 04, 2025, and proposals will be due on or about January 20, 2026.
