Interagency Natural Resource Center (INRC) Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning (HVAC) Preventative Maintenance (PM) 1284LL25Q0012

This requirement is for the Contractor to provide all labor to complete maintenance and repair services on the Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning (HVAC) and refrigeration systems at the Interagency Natural Resource Center (INRC) buildings. Contractor will be required to complete all Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Annual, and Annual preventative maintenance, providing all incidentals and materials. The Contractor shall submit a service report to the Contracting Officer s Representative (COR) at the completion of each service visit and with the service report, the Contractor shall include corrective maintenance required.

Amendment 0001 adds some specifications in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) document. Updated PWS and SF-30 will be uploaded as a result. Changes to the PWS are indicated by a vertical line in the left margin of the document. The response date has not changed.
