THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement by 10:00am EST on July 22, 2025. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses received as a result of this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Responses shall be emailed to Heaven Onley, at heaven.j.onley.civ@usmc.mil, no later than July 22, 2025 10:00 a.m. EST.
