NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD / SOLE SOURCE In accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), Navajo Area Indian Health Services (NAIHS), Crownpoint Healthcare Facility located in Crownpoint, New Mexico intends to award a non-competitive, sole source, firm fixed priced purchase order with SYSMEX AMERICAN, INC, 577 APTAKISIC RD., LINCOLNSHIRE, ILLINOIS 60069 for leasing and upgrade of the Sysmex XN2000-110 with Wagon Hematology Analyzers with CellaVision DC-1 Slide Analyzer. (Service, Reagents, and QC lncluded) for Crownpoint Healthcare Facility Laboratory Department The anticipated period of performance is Base Period plus 4 Option Period. The analyzers are on-site and in use at Crownpoint Healthcare Facility. The applicable Norther American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 334516 Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees. This notice of intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive proposals. There will be no solicitation available for competitive quotes.
