FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY PTAG Part 6.1.1 Synopsis Intent to Sole Source The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), Office of Policy and International Affairs (OPIA), and the Global Intellectual Property Academy (GIPA) has a brand name justification requirement for a Service Level Agreement (SLA) for the already installed and existing Televic Mic System used for Simultaneous Interpretation in the GIPA Academy. This requirement will ensure secure, available, and fully operational audio/conference capability for scheduled and ad-hoc meetings, including interpretation functionality where applicable. The requirement shall provide maintenance, troubleshooting, repair of hardware, remote (via phone or email) diagnostics, remediation where feasible, onsite support for incidents that cannot be resolved remotely, spare parts management, and replacement for covered components which are proprietary from Televic.
