The Security Forces Squadron on Dover Air Force Base intends to award a brand name, firm-fixed-price contract to Droneshield for 4 Items: Drone Gun Mk4 5865-66-167-4802, RfPatrol Mk2 5865-66-167-4795, Immediate Response Kit 5865-66-167-4802, and Drone Gun Repair Kit, or equal. Based on market research conducted, the government has determined that only one responsible source is available to meet this requirement. If you believe your products meet the specifications of the listed items above, please sumbit fully comprehensive specifications sheets or capabilities in PDF format. Please provide information if the NAICS/PSC is correct or if a different NAICS/PSC is a better fit. Please specify the different NAICS/PSC, if applicable, and explain why. The type of solicitation to be issued will depend upon the responses to this pre solicitation notice. The Government must determine and ensure there is adequate competition among the potential pool of interested, capable companies or if this a brand name requirement. Due to the integration of equipment already in use and due to proprietary specialized equipment only brand name will suffice. Please note that this is not a request for competitive quotes. However, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit in writing information describing their ability to satisfy the requirement listed above. A determination by the Government to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
