The Office of Financial Research (OFR), requires the use of Morningstar Subscription Data. The intent is to establish a contract to provide access to various Morningstar Subscription Data. In addition, other Morningstar products may be procured under this contract. This will greatly reduce duplicative administrative processes and allow data to be on-boarded more efficiently. There is an immediate need to purchase Morningstar Direct data. Morningstar Direct is a cloud-based global investment analysis platform that unites Morningstar's data and institutional research, private and third-party content, rigorous analytics, and productivity tools. Direct's global data includes historical portfolio holdings, equities, separate accounts, hedge funds, ETFs, indexes, and real-time pricing. The period of performance for this award is anticipated to be one 12-month base period with four 12-month options: Base Year: 05/17/2026-05/16/2027 Option Year 1: 05/17/2027-05/16/2028 Option Year 2: 05/17/2028-05/16/2029 Option Year 3: 05/17/2029-05/16/2030 Option Year 4: 05/17/2030-05/16/2031 NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE.
