NOTICE TO SOLE SOURCE The U.S. Customs and Border Protection intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Altana Technologies, Inc. located at 134 North 34th Street, Brooklyn, NY 11249-3296 for the acquisition of access to the Altana Forced Labor Tool (AFLT).
