The 4th Contracting Squadron, Seymour Johnson AFB, NC intends to award a sole source purchase order to Textron Systems Corporation, CAGE 97384. This procurement will be for the purchase of inspection and calibration services for three(3) Textron model 527 Radar Signal Simulators for the KC-46 at Seymour Johnson AFB. Please see the attached Statement of Work for more information. APPLICABILITY OF AUTHORITY: This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures as authorized by FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). Textron Sytems Corporation is the sole provider of inspection and calibration services for the Textron Systems Model 527 Radar Signal Simulator. Furthermore, Textron Systems does not license any other companies or organizations to maintain, upgrade, or service its products. Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract lies solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive requirement. All responses are due by 1 December 2025 at 12:00 PM EST.
