The 355th Contracting Squadron intends to issue a sole-source procurement action for the procurement of the following items: Delta H Single Chamber Heat Treat System (P/N DEF-SC-CH1812481200SR) with upgrade kit for FULL Compliance to SAE-AMS2750 / Boeing BAC5621 This requirement is accomplished in accordance with FAR Part 13.106-1(b) Soliciting from a single source . Delta H is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) of the above listed machinery. The OEM has identified the only authorized distributor of this product is Phillips Corporation, Federal Division. This is a notice of intent to award a BRAND NAME, sole-source procurement action under NAICS 333994 and is not a request for competitive proposals. Firms who want to challenge this sole source action must submit an interest letter that demonstrates your firm s ability to provide for this Brand Name Requirement. Interested parties must provide rationale as to why they should be considered.
