Neros, Inc is the only authorized UAS on the BlueUAS Cleared Vendors list capable of FPV and carrying a payload of 10lbs with no authorized distributors. There will be no written solicitation issued. This is an intent to purchase a sole source procurement under the authority of FAR 13.5. This will be a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract utilizing Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
