The FAA wants to enhance the software tool so airports can more accurately track and reduce the environmental impact of building and maintaining airport pavements. UC Davis, as the original developer of FAALCAn, is uniquely qualified to provide the required services. They possess exclusive knowledge of the tool s architecture, algorithms, and integration with the Federal Life Cycle Assessment Commons. This announcement is for informational purposes only. Competitive solicitation is not available to this procurement. The FAA is not liable for any costs associated with the preparation of a response to this announcement.
