A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This notice is NOT a request for proposal. However, all capability statements received by August 22, 2025, at 10:00 AM EST will be considered by the Government. Any source capable of providing Intella software licenses and purchase additional dongles/licenses and is interested in submitting a capabilities statement may do so electronically to Mr. Robert Radke at robert.j.radke@dea.gov
