NAVFAC Marianas FSC CORE is seeking potential sources that are capable of providing sources for Integrated Solid Waste Management and Pavement Clearance Services (ISWM) at all U.S. Military Facilities at U.S. Naval Base Guam Activities and tenants; Andersen Air Force Base Activities; Marine Corps Base Camp Blaz Activities; tenant commands, Industrial and U.S. Naval Hospital Facilities (Medical Treatment Facilities) in Guam; other U.S. Military Activities or DoD/Federal Agencies at various activities and locations in Guam; the Marianas Islands; the Commonwealth of the Northern Marianas Islands (CNMI); and the Federated States of Micronesia (FSM). The Contractor shall provide all labor, management, supervision, tools, material, and equipment required to perform refuse collection, disposal and recycling. The resultant contract for this solicitation, if any, will be a single award Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) and Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The contract term consists of a base period of twelve (12) months and five (5) 12-month option periods, for a total of 72 months; and one (1) option to extend services for a period not to exceed (6) six months. The Solicitation, if any, will be issued through the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) Solicitation Module and posted on the System for Award Management (SAM) website at https://sam.gov, the official Government-wide point of entry (GPE). Respondents will not be notified of the results of NAVFAC Marianas FSC CORE S market research. NAVFAC Marianas FSC CORE will utilize the information provided for acquisition planning purposes.
