NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE EOS.Web Integrated Library System Announcement No.: 12639525Q0197 The Government hereby submits a notice of intent to award a sole source firm fixed price to purchase EOS.Web Integrated Library System CONTRACTOR PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS The National Wildlife Research Center Information Services Unit (ISU) requests that EOS.Web Integrated Library System (ILS) (parent company SirsiDynix) software be acquired using a noncompetitive procurement in support of ISU mission requirements (i.e.: management and maintenance of item records for physical and digital items held by NWRC, item circulation tracking, catalog search interface, and report generation). The period of performance for this effort will be a 1 base period and two (2) option periods Responses to this notice must demonstrate clear and convincing evidence of same or equal performance. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1The statutory authority is 41 U.S.C. 253(c )(1) The property or services needed by the executive agency are available from only one responsible source and no other type of property or services will satisfy the needs of the executive agency.
