ABMC is seeking preliminary market research information from capable and reliable sources to gain knowledge of potential qualified business sources capable of providing Integrated IT Service Management (ITSM) and Customer/Case Relationship Management (CRM) Platform as described in the attached Request for Information document. The intended North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code classified for this effort is 541519 - Other Computer Related Services. If your company has feedback that differs from the selected NAICS, include it. Responses shall be submitted no later than Sunday, December 7, at 11:59 p.m. EST (Arlington, Virginia) by email to Contracting Officer, Ms. Marissa Tregoning <tregoningm@abmc.gov> and Contracting Specialist, Ms. Jessica Young <youngj.ctr@abmc.gov>. In addition to the requirements in Item 8. Vendor Response Requirements in the attached RFI, please provide the following information within your response: Company name and address, UEI and CAGE Code Company point(s) of contact and contact information FedRAMP authorization identifiers (if applicable) Contract vehicles (SEWP, GSA MAS, CIO-SP4, etc.) Prior federal clients with similar deployments Description of capabilities related to your capacity to perform and manage the work.
