The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at lowest price. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotation, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive ranges if there is a need to do so. The Embassy intends to conduct a pre-quotation conference. The pre-proposal conference will be held on September 09, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at the embassy premises at Haramous. Prospective offerors/quoters should contact the embassy procurement team at djiboutiprocbids@state.gov and copy to kayadse@state.gov by September 07, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. for additional information or to arrange entry to the building. Quotations are due Sept 18, 2025, at 16:30 P.M. No quotations will be accepted after this time. Proposals must be in English and incomplete proposals will not be accepted. Submitted quotations, including price, must be valid for no less than four months from the Government receipt of quotation. Kindly submit your offer in two separate sheet : one for Financial offer and another for the Technical Offer Your quotation must be submitted electronically to djiboutiprocbids@state.gov and copy to kayadse@state.gov .
