The Mission Installation Contracting Command - Fort Leavenworth intends to issue an Invitation for Bid (IFB) for a requirements-type contract (FAR Subpart 16.503) for the acquisition of thirteen (13) ELKAY bottle filling stations (or an approved equal meeting or exceeding specified performance characteristics) and associated professional plumbing services for installation in existing water fountains supporting the Deputy Chief of Staff for Personnel and Logistics (DCSPL) at Presidio of Monterey, California. Typical work includes, but is not limited to: The Contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, and supervision necessary to complete the work, including the delivery and installation of thirteen (13) ELKAY water bottle fillers as detailed in the Scope of Work. The work site encompasses 11 buildings, identified in the award attachment. The Contractor is also responsible for the removal and disposal of all non-essential plumbing materials generated during the project, as further defined in the Scope of Work.
