COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. The solicitation number N00244-25-Q-S055 and it is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). RFQ N00244-25-Q-S055 shall be used to reference any written quote provided under this solicitation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-04 published in the Federal Register on 12 May 2025. Small business joint venture quoters have to submit the joint venture representations at paragraph (c) of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) solicitation provision 52.212-3, Quoter Representations and Certifications-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, and paragraph (c) of FAR solicitation provision 52.219-1, Small Business Program Representations, with each offer. This is a Small Business Set-Aside competition requirement. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 333415with a size standard of 1,250 employees. All interested companies shall provide a quotation for: MATERIALS TO INSTALL AND THE INSTALLATION OF 183 GE 6,000 BTU Electronic Window Air Conditioner Units model# AHW06LZ. The purpose of this amendment 01 is to: 1. Extend quote due date to 23 July 2025 at 10:00 AM Pacific Standard Time. 2. Add Q&A with pictures. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

The purpose of amendment 02 is to: Correct Item 1 in Building 2 of this SOW to correct size of 30.250 X 40.500. Add additional description to Item 2 (weather stripping insulation) of both buildings. Add additional description to Item 4 (extension cord) of both buildings. Add Q&A number 2 dated 7/21/2025 All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

The purpose of amendment 03 is to: Q&A number 3 dated 7/22/2025 All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

The purpose of amendment 04 is to: 1. Extend the Quote due date to Friday 25 August 2025 at 11:00 A.M Pacific Standard Time. 2. Update Period of Performance to start on August 6th, 2025. 3. Clarify that vendors shall meet the requirements of this SOW and address the items listed in the parts list. Contractors can use the spreadsheet provided in the Solicitation or provide their own document but must list and address each item requested in the SOW and their specifications for proper evaluation. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

The purpose of amendment 05 is to: Correct due date in solicitation documents to 25 July 2025. Previous document stated August incorrectly. The due date is the date shown on the actual SAM posting of 25 July 2025. Extend this buy to 3:00 P.M. on July 25th, 2025 Pacific Standard Time. Add Wage Determination WD#2015-5635. Add new Q&A.
